We have been appointed by the customer to give a new life to this flat which has been in desperate need of TLC:) Original plan was only to replace floor ,make a new bedroom and install new kitchen and bathroom. Of course decoration was included. During the construction work we have discovered the faulty ceiling joists that have been unprofessionally repaired and caused ceilings and upstairs floor to sag. As a result we had to replace all of the ceiling joists and plasterboard it again. Full  rewire of  the flat has been done by our electrician Saun. Customer have decided to  fully re plumb it and we suggested hiding all the pipework for a nice and neat finish.We have also tanked the whole floor. All of the walls have a new fresh plasterwork and have been spay painted. All of it is finished with a lovely kitchen from Howdens to give it an extra touch of quality.Fortunately the result is outstanding and flat is ready for new occupier. We are ever so happy with this project and so the customer is with a very high standard of workmanship and effort put into it.
