Loft Conversion in Pembroke Dock, North StreetWe have been asked to work on this loft conversion  in Pembroke dock. Because of the size of the job customer has decided to divide project into stages. We have replaced roof covering with a new slate roof, also we have installed 4 Velux windows  and changed rainwater guttering and fascia boards. Some of the external render on the gable end has been fixed and whole been painted in white.Internally we have installed independent floor joists and Weyrock T&G chipboard flooring. New wiring and plumbing has been put in place  ready for second stage of the project. We have also installed a custom made staircase to gain access to the attic. Structural work involved relocating roof bracing and changing roof rafters for a thicker timber to take insulation and plasterboard in second stage.More work to follow in this autumn.
