We highly recommend PBS Construction and Design Ltd. They helped with the design of our room as well, adding many ideas and little touches that hadn’t occurred to us, enhancing the outcome greatly. They were punctual and reliable and very tidy. The actual craftsmanship was brilliant, we altered the design a few times and requested changes and they were more than happy to accommodate us. We were also very pleased with the cost. We are already planning what we will have them back to do next.

I recently called in Patryk to take a ceiling down, lay new insulation, get it plastered and painted. He also replaced coving, levelled and fitted a solid wood floor, replaced skirting boards, buried all piping for the central heating, organized and fitted some new lighting and finally painted and decorated the room. Patryk prepared the work area exceptionally well, covering the windows and frames and fireplace so no spillage could or would cause damage. His work was generally tidy,even though this type of work was particularly messy. The finish is extremely good. Everything level, straight and decorated well. Patryk was very clear about timing, there were days when he had to wait for materials to dry out etc but he came when he said he would. He worked each day till it was appropriate to stop so there were some long days.

We hired PBS at the beginning of the year to start our loft extension and we’re very impressed with them. They have built to the highest of standards and made good progress throughout most of project, despite the inclement weather at times. Patryk and his team have done a brilliant roofing job and fitted in the budget. I am really happy with quality and effort. I have just completed a major building project with PBS and am delighted with the work carried out. They took down a large, deteriorating chimney stack and made good and rebuilt and weather proofed another. The work was conducted to a very high standard and it was meticulously planned and everything that I expected from the work was achieved. Also, the conduct of all PBS personnel was exemplary and they were very conscious of site safety and cleanliness. I would have no hesitation in using them again for any building projects.
